Challenge
Client brought a 40-year-old embroidered emblem that had lost definition and color. The brief required a faithful restoration without replacing the original artifact.
Approach
We scanned the artifact at high resolution, mapped thread structure, and generated a layered stitch plan. A micro-sampler tested thread blends and stabilizers until tolerances matched the original handwork.
Result
The emblem was stabilized and a conservation-grade replica was produced for display. The client received a technical dossier and a color-matched archival replica suitable for rotation.
